Quiet hours are 10 PM – 10 AM on weekends and 10 PM – 7 AM on weekdays. Per city law, pool and spa use is not allowed during quiet hours. Violations may result in cancellation without refund. No exceptions. The pool is heatable for $100/day. Must be requested at least 24 hours prior to check-in. The pool cleaner comes every week, usually Tuesday and Friday, to ensure cleanliness. The home is two stories. All bedrooms and showers are upstairs. Please note, no pool floaties are provided

House Rules

This is NOT a party house. We are a licensed Short Term Rental in the City of Henderson and because of this we must abide by the city ordinances/laws. Any guests who break the below rules will be required to vacate the property and will lose all monies paid towards their stay. 1) Respect our Neighbors: Quiet hours are from 10 PM-10 AM on weekends and 10 PM-7AM weekdays. You cannot use the pool or spa during this time per city Law! 2) All cars must be parked in the driveway & in front of the house for a maximum of 4 cars. Any cars parked elsewhere can be towed by the city at vehicle owners expense. 3) NO smoking inside the house. You can smoke in the backyard ONLY. IF you smoke inside the house you will have to pay $500 to get the furniture and house fumigated and deep cleaned for next guests. 4) NO congregating in the front yard 5) NO illegal activity of any kind 6) Pets are an extra $100 PER stay PER dog NON REFUNDABLE. You must pay this via the Airbnb App per check in. Please do not try to sneak them in. You will be responsible for any stains or damages to the property by your dog. Please clean up any “presents” they leave in the dog park. They are NOT allowed on furniture as we need to respect future guests who may have allergies. IF they do get up on furniture and there is excessive hair, you will be charged an extra $50 per couch for deep cleaning/hair removal. 7) DO NOT move any of the furniture as you can break it or scratch the floor. 8) There is NO lifeguard on duty, so swim at your own risk 9) While this house is suitable for kids, there are a lot of breakable items and items that can be dangerous if swallowed. Please monitor your kids as you would anywhere else and move any items you are concerned about out of reach then back prior to your departure. 10) Please make sure to take all your items with you as we no longer mail things back to guests.

Absolutely loved our stay! The host was incredibly helpful, responded quickly to every question, and even had a great sense of humor which made everything feel easy and welcoming. The house itself was so comfortable and well thought out. The manual covered everything we needed, which made settling in effortless. And let’s talk about the game room… adult kid friendly for sure 😂 It was perfect. I may or may not have lost every single game we played, but that’s beside the point. The pool and jacuzzi were exactly what we needed. One night we just sat outback and relaxed. It was a great stay Would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay in Las Vegas. The hosts were incredibly responsive — when the pool wasn’t heating properly, they handled it immediately and responded within minutes every time I reached out. That level of communication really makes a difference. The home is perfectly set up for a large family. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably while still having great gathering areas. It’s thoughtfully laid out so everyone can have their own space without feeling crowded. The beds are WONDERFUL. Overall, a great experience with hosts who clearly care about their guests. We would absolutely stay again.

my family had such a wonderful stay in the house! it was so perfect for our group who was half 21 and half over 30. the games were a ball and the house was decorated so beautifully! the hosts were so friendly and accommodating.100000/10 recommend and would stay again.

This place was great. It felt very private even when homes were so close. Everything was very clean. I would stay at this property and any others they have again. They were very quick to get back to me when I asked a question or needed hot tub heated.
