LIVING & DINING Gather and unwind in this spacious 1,500+ sq ft mountain retreat featuring an inviting open living area with a huge dining space for shared meals, and a stunning stone gas fireplace that creates the perfect cozy cabin atmosphere. Large windows and warm finishes make the space feel bright, relaxing, and welcoming year-round. KITCHEN The fully equipped kitchen features butcher block countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to cook and entertain during your stay, including: -Stove & oven -Double-door refrigerator with ice dispenser -Dishwasher -Microwave -Blender -Toaster -Coffee bar with coffee maker & keurig -Cookware, dishes, utensils & essentials BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS Comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests, the cabin includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms: -Primary bedroom (upstairs): King bed + Smart TV -Second bedroom (upstairs): Queen bed + Smart TV -Third bedroom (upstairs): Two twin-over-twin bunk beds + Smart TV ENTERTAINMENT & AMENITIES Enjoy hours of fun in the game room featuring a convertible pool and ping pong table plus a gaming console for all ages. The cabin also includes fast WiFi, Smart TVs with streaming apps, board games, card games, and a cozy gas fireplace for relaxing nights in. A full laundry area with side-by-side washer and dryer is available for guest convenience. OUTDOOR LIVING Step outside to your private mountain escape complete with a spacious deck, string lights, hot tub, natural gas BBQ, and outdoor firepit with comfortable seating. Whether you're soaking under the stars, grilling dinner, or enjoying an evening around the fire, the outdoor space is designed for memorable mountain nights.

Other Details to Note

Please note the house does not have A/C (most homes don't in Big Bear). It is usually not hot enough to be needed but we provide fans in case it gets a little warm. Big Bear has some very important rules for all short term rentals. You will must follow these rules or your stay will be canceled without refund: 1.) Do not exceed the stated occupancy limit: the occupancy is (8) adults for Sugarpine Retreat 2.) No parking on the street or yard and a maximum of (3) cars 3.) No amplified music 24/7 4.) Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00pm-7:00am. 5.) Maximum dogs allowed (2) *No Parties! If you have more than the number of guests in your booking your stay will be cancelled immediately. The city takes this very seriously. * PLEASE NO SMOKING * MAXIMUM OF 8 PEOPLE Please note: Big Bear is located in the mountains, where conditions can sometimes be unpredictable. While power or Wi-Fi outages are uncommon, they can occasionally affect the entire area due to weather or other natural factors. We always do our best to support our guests, but some situations are outside our control. Since we must follow our cancellation policy and are unable to provide refunds for natural disasters or related disruptions, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. This will give you peace of mind in the event of wildfires, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and want your trip to be as worry-free as possible.

-Respect our Neighbors: Quiet hours start at 10 PM. You may not be in the jacuzzi past this time. If you are loud past these hours the city WILL issue a fine which you will be responsible for. -Multiple offenses will result in you being evicted property with no refund. -No glassware allowed in the Jacuzzi -Pets are an extra $100 PER stay non refundable. Pets must not be left unattended or allowed on furniture - Per Big Bear Lake compliance, all short term rental guests must electronically sign and agree to the Good Neighbor Policy and submit a photo of their Goverment ID once they have booked. No exceptions. Both documents are required before checkin in order to have access to the property
