There's ample space for boat or RV parking. Our home is also pet-friendly, so your furry friends are welcome (up to 2 dogs). Perfect for family vacations or getaways with friends! Please note: $100 pet cleaning fee applies if you'd like to bring your dogs.

Other Details to Note
Lake Havasu has some very important rules for all short term rentals. You must follow these rules or your stay will be canceled without refund and or a $350.00 fine will be charged for each occurrence: 1.) Do not exceed the stated occupancy limit 2.) No parking on the street or yard and a maximum of (4) cars 3.) No amplified music 24/7 4.) Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00pm-8:00am. 5. If you do not disclose that you are bringing a pet, you will be charged a $250 fee *No Parties! If you have more than the number of guests in your booking your stay will be cancelled immediately. The city takes this very seriously. Violation of any of the following will be subject to a $350 fine and any additional fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.
