Welcome to Havasu Hacienda! Come enjoy our amenity-packed Airbnb in Lake Havasu! Conveniently located only 3 miles from London Bridge, you can easily enjoy downtown Havasu or simply relax and play in the huge pool with diving board! We absolutely fell in love with the character of this home and hope you love it as much as we do. [STR Permit #: 085730]

Stepping into Havasu Hacienda you'll immediately feel a sense of excitement to start your vacation while being greeted with with high quality furnishings that are both comfortable and stylish. You'll see the huge living room with vaulted ceilings and views to the backyard and pool. The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dinning area sets the stage for memorable evenings. The open concept floor plan is light and bright yet cozy. LIVING ROOM The living room will immediately feel like home. Find your place on the comfy sofa, grab a drink and enjoy a fantastic evening with your family and friends. One of our favorite spaces in the home is the little drop down next to the fireplace. Cozy up with a blanket and get lost in your favorite book. GAME ROOM Up for some friendly competition? Challenge your friends! In addition to the full size pool table there are three arcade games! BACKYARD/POOL Walk into the backyard and you'll find a HUGE pool! The pool has plenty of room for your whole party. Ready to relax? Grab your favorite drink and enjoy the comfortable outdoor couch under the pergola.

*Must be 25 years old to book *Quiet time after 10pm (mandated by Lake Havasu City) *No events or parties *Absolutely no glass in or around the pool/jacuzzi for your safety and the safety of others *No pets in the pool PETS -$100 per stay -Not to be left in the house unattended or let on furniture -2 pets max -$250 fine if not disclosed -Please pick up after your pet or there will be an additional cleaning fee BBQ Grill -There is usually a spare propane tank if the tank runs out. If you need to refill the tank with propane please send me a message and I will reimburse you. POOL -POOL HEATER available! You must let us know at least 24 hours prior. Pool heating is $150/day. The pool does not get hot like a spa, it will be warmed to 80 deg. -DO NOT remove the vacuum. It will burn out the pump and you will be charged $1000 to replace. -The pool cleaner comes every week so that it stays nice and clean! He does come through the side-yard and is only there for a little while.

We loved our stay. They responded within minutes answering any question we asked. We went to the lake, but the house was so fun the kids just wanted to come back. I would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire trip, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The house itself was super cozy, clean, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. You can tell a lot of thought went into making it a great experience for guests. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had an amazing time at Daniel and Alex’s home. The house has a great open kitchen and living room space. We had 8 people (4 adults 4 kids) and the house left room to spare. Off the living room is a big expansive game room with a pool table and arcade games. The best part of the house is the backyard though. It has a pickle ball/basketball court, pool and spa, water slide, a putting green, and lots of space for having a bbq and pool day. We had an incredible time bringing in the New Year at Daniel and Alex’s place! Couldn’t have been a better experience!

This house is so fun and comfortable, it was perfect for our guys trip. It was perfectly located near Lake Havasu, but being at the house was honestly where we had the most fun. Daniel & Alex were great and thoughtful hosts. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
