Welcome to Havasu Hacienda! Come enjoy our brand new Pickleball Court! Conveniently located only 3 miles from London Bridge, you can easily enjoy downtown Havasu or simply relax and play in the huge pool with diving board! We absolutely fell in love with the character of this home and hope you love it as much as we do. [STR Permit #: 085730]

Stepping into Havasu Hacienda you'll immediately feel a sense of excitement to start your vacation while being greeted with with high quality furnishings that are both comfortable and stylish. You'll see the huge living room with vaulted ceilings and views to the backyard and pool. The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dinning area sets the stage for memorable evenings. The open concept floor plan is light and bright yet cozy. LIVING ROOM The living room will immediately feel like home. Find your place on the comfy sofa, grab a drink and enjoy a fantastic evening with your family and friends. One of our favorite spaces in the home is the little drop down next to the fireplace. Cozy up with a blanket and get lost in your favorite book. GAME ROOM Up for some friendly competition? Challenge your friends! In addition to the full size pool table there are three arcade games! BACKYARD/POOL Walk into the backyard and you'll find a HUGE pool! The pool has plenty of room for your whole party. Ready to relax? Grab your favorite drink and enjoy the comfortable outdoor couch under the pergola.

*Must be 25 years old to book *Quiet time after 10pm (mandated by Lake Havasu City) *No events or parties *Absolutely no glass in or around the pool/jacuzzi for your safety and the safety of others *No pets in the pool PETS -$100 per stay -Not to be left in the house unattended or let on furniture -2 pets max -$250 fine if not disclosed -Please pick up after your pet or there will be an additional cleaning fee BBQ Grill -There is usually a spare propane tank if the tank runs out. If you need to refill the tank with propane please send me a message and I will reimburse you. POOL -POOL HEATER available! You must let us know at least 24 hours prior. Pool heating is $150/day. -DO NOT remove the vacuum. It will burn out the pump and you will be charged $1000 to replace. -The pool cleaner comes every week so that it stays nice and clean! He does come through the side-yard and is only there for a little while.

I go to Havasu every year for this annual family trip and this is by far my FAVORITE location. From the amenities to the helpful, kind hosts, we were so pleased. The backyard was a VIBE and we were able to enjoy backyard games, a stunning pool, and putting green. The decor is next level and the color concepts are just stunning. The gals were happy with the immaculate kitchen, and the men loved the game room. It was PERFECT for what our group needed. This will be my go-to Airbnb for every trip moving forward. We had 11 guests and we all slept comfortably. We LOVE Alex and Daniel and they are the perfect hosts. Super responsive and accommodating. 100/10 ranking. If you don’t book this house out of all of the houses in Havasu, you are a silly goose!

Stayed here for annual birthday Havasu trip. There’s always 10-13 of us between our 3 families. This home was perfect! All 7 teen girls were able to fit in one room (5 beds: 4 twins and 1 king). Multiple seating areas indoor and outdoor. Arcades were fun for teens, littles and adults. Teens loved having their “own” fire pit and adults had their own. Water Slide was the kid’s favorite. There were tons of pool towels too— enough for everyone—Which I’ve noticed is pretty rare when it comes to Airbnb’s. Sometimes you are lucky if there are 6 lol Also both bathrooms offer full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Plenty of shower towels as well. Overall amazing and already planning to book next year. Also, decor is on point. It is SUCH a vibe. For future renters: House is Just off Lake Havasu blvd and 8 min from London Bridge. We were able to park our pontoon and truck on the side of house. Driveway is fairly short but you can fit 4 cars double stacked.

My family and I stayed at Daniel and Aaron’s home for 2 nights to visit Lake Havasu and their home was absolutely beautiful. We all felt very comfortable. I loved that they would reply fast to me when I had a question and accommodated with what we needed. I would 10/10 recommend this place to everyone! I will definitely keep booking with Daniel &Aaron.

Great place with lots to do! We enjoyed our time on the lake during the day and at night were able to relax in the pool and enjoy some dinner. Highly recommend.
