Big Bear has some very important rules for all short term rentals. You will must follow these rules or your stay will be canceled without refund: 1.) Do not exceed the stated occupancy limit: the occupancy is (8) adults for Lookout Lodge 2.) No parking on the street or yard and a maximum of (2) cars 3.) No amplified music 24/7 4.) Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00pm-7:00am. 5.) Maximum dogs allowed (2) w/ additional pet fee *No Parties! If you have more than the number of guests in your booking your stay will be cancelled immediately. The city takes this very seriously. * PLEASE NO SMOKING * MAXIMUM OF 8 PEOPLE Please note: Big Bear is located in the mountains, where conditions can sometimes be unpredictable. While power or Wi-Fi outages are uncommon, they can occasionally affect the entire area due to weather or other natural factors. We always do our best to support our guests, but some situations are outside our control.
