Guest Access

Guests will have full access to the condo. The pool and amenities are typically available Memorial Day through Labor Day, although, can occasionally be closed during these months for maintenance. Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED on the property- this includes inside the condo, balcony, paring areas, walkways, pools etc. and doing so can result in a $1000 fine. This is a high fire risk area and the HOA and fire department takes this very seriously.
